Ms. Swapnil, Content Editor, VLMS Global, Pune, and BBA Alumna (Batch 2013–16), shared her journey from the campus to the corporate corridors with her juniors. During the session, she urged students to focus on the additional skill-development programs offered by the institute. Emphasizing the importance of confidence, continuous learning, and resilience, she shared how she overcame numerous challenges throughout her career to achieve success. She advised the students that while they might face moments of dejection and stress, they should never fear these hurdles and instead face them with courage. Furthermore, she highlighted that I.T.S provides ample opportunities for personal growth and personality development, encouraging juniors to always grab these chances. Overall, it was a highly fruitful and inspiring session for the students.
