Our Alumni are our strength and a reason for our existence and we, at I.T.S, always believe
in this. The Alumni Reunion of I.T.S, UG Campus was organized on Saturday, February 21,
2026 at the Institute for the Batched of BBA & BCA Courses passed out during 2017-2021
witnessing participation of Alumni along with their Spouse and Kids.
It was an absolute delight to see so many familiar faces back on campus. We were thrilled to
have our esteemed Alumni back at their own Institute after years from completion of their
Academic Journey at I.T.S UG Campus. They joined us to relive old memories, reconnect
with fellow alumni, and rediscover their alma mater.
The programme began with the refreshment and networking tea. Afterwards alumni along
with their spouse and kids enjoyed the cultural and dance performance by our students
followed by exciting fun and frolic activities and games like Tambola, Game of seats, etc for
the alumni and their spouses. Winners of these activities and games were given prizes. This
was followed by delicious lunch. All the alumni were given souvenir as a token of
remembrance. Overall, it was a wonderful opportunity to catch up with each other after long.

The session was conducted by Mr. Mohit Kumar, Associate Staff Engineer, NAGARRO
(Gurgaon), who shared valuable industry insights on the practical applications of Artificial
Intelligence and the importance of innovation sprint methodologies in digital transformation.
The workshop focused on rapid prototyping techniques, agile problem-solving strategies, and
leveraging AI tools to develop scalable and impactful digital solutions. Through interactive
demonstrations and real-world examples, students gained a clear understanding of how
innovation sprints accelerate idea validation, product development, and technological
implementation.
Participants actively engaged in discussions and hands-on learning activities, which helped them
bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and industry practices. The session provided
meaningful exposure to emerging digital ecosystems and encouraged students to think
innovatively and strategically.
The workshop proved to be highly informative and enriching, equipping students with practical
knowledge and industry-relevant skills essential for future technological advancements.

The I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus organized an industrial visit to AVRO Furniture Pvt.
Ltd. on 20th February 2026 for the students of BBA and BCA First Year (Batch 2025–28).
The primary objective was to provide practical exposure and help students understand real-
world industrial operations.
During the visit, the company officials, especially Mr. Dushyant Prajapati (Branch Head),
warmly welcomed the students and provided detailed insights into the manufacturing process.
Students toured the plant area and observed the live production of plastic chairs and tables.
They gained knowledge about:
 Raw material handling and processing
 Production planning and operations
 Quality control systems
 Packaging and dispatch procedures
 Safety measures followed in the plant
Mr. Prajapati explained the complete production cycle and interacted with students,
answering their queries regarding management practices, operational efficiency, and career
opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
The visit was highly informative and provided practical learning beyond classroom concepts.
Students had a wonderful and enriching experience.
Overall, the industrial visit was successful and significantly enhanced students’
understanding of industrial operations and management practices

The objective of the workshop was to provide students with a clear understanding of the
MSME ecosystem in India and to create awareness about various Government funding
schemes available for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
The session was conducted by CA Shubham Jain, A Certified Forensic Auditor (ICAI
– FAFD) & Founder – SMJ Global Advisors Pvt. Ltd. He is having experience of 8=
years. He delivered the workshop in a highly practical, engaging and interactive manner.
During the session, the speaker explained the meaning and classification of MSMEs and
highlighted their significant contribution to GDP, employment generation and exports.
He also discussed the major challenges faced by MSMEs in accessing finance and
emphasized the need for government intervention in this sector. Students were introduced
to different types of financial support such as term loans, working capital finance, credit
guarantee schemes, subsidies and incentives. The role of financial institutions like SIDBI,
NABARD, public and private sector banks and NBFCs in supporting MSME financing
was explained in a simplified manner. A detailed discussion was conducted on important
government schemes including Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) with its Shishu,
Kishore and Tarun categories, Stand-Up India Scheme, Credit Guarantee Fund Trust for
Micro and Small Enterprises (CGTMSE), Startup India Initiative and Prime Minister’s
Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP). The speaker clearly explained eligibility
criteria, required documentation such as Udyam Registration, PAN, Aadhaar, business
plans and bank statements, and demonstrated the step-by-step application process through
digital portals. Special emphasis was given to common mistakes applicants should avoid
while applying for government schemes. The session also included a Quiz and practical
case studies where students were encouraged to match business ideas with suitable

funding schemes, making the learning experience more application-based. The interactive
question-and-answer segment allowed students to clarify their doubts and gain
confidence in understanding MSME finance options in India. Overall, the workshop
significantly enhanced awareness, financial literacy and advisory skills among
participants and equipped them with practical knowledge to become future entrepreneurs
and selection of appropriate government funding options. The Finance Club coordinators
Prof. Rama Mishra and Dr. Sandeep Garg expresses sincere gratitude to CA Shubham
Jain for conducting such an insightful and impactful session.

The session focused on enhancing students’ ability to present news confidently and effectively within a limited time frame
of 60 seconds. The programme aimed to develop spontaneous thinking, structured communication, newsroom-style
reporting skills, voice modulation, and on-camera presentation abilities among students through the News Flash – 60
Seconds Challenge organized by the Mass Communication Club at the UG Campus on 19th February 2026.
The programme commenced with a briefing and warm-up session, where participants were informed about the evaluation
criteria and presentation guidelines, followed by the formal welcome of the dignitaries. Prof. (Dr.) Nancy Sharma,
Principal – UG Campus, welcomed the Chief Guest, Mr. Alok Dwivedi, Editor-in-Chief of TV27 and President of the
Noida Media Club, by presenting a plaque of honour and encouraged students to strive for excellence in the field of media
and communication. Dr. Vidushi Singh (Dean Academics) and Prof. Aadil Khan (HOD, BBA) also extended their
welcome to Mr. N.K. Garg and felicitated him with a memento and sapling as a token of respect and appreciation.
Mr. Alok Dwivedi, as the Chief Guest and Judge, emphasized the enduring significance of media in society and
highlighted the importance of accuracy, clarity, confidence, and ethical responsibility in reporting. He provided
constructive feedback to the participants, guiding them on voice modulation, structured content delivery, time
management, and effective on-camera presence.
The reporting round witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, who actively searched for relevant information
and presented their news pieces with confidence and creativity. The competition concluded with the announcement of
results, wherein the First Prize was awarded to Sitaram (BCA), Second Prize to Unnati Gupta and Abhay Pundir (BBA),
and Third Prize to Rashi (BBA) and Sayoni (BCA).
The event was highly engaging, with students demonstrating discipline, teamwork, and collaborative spirit throughout the
activity. Participants carefully followed all the instructions provided prior to the commencement of the competition and
supported one another during the event.
The event was coordinated by Prof. Monika Sharma and Prof. Rama Rani Mishra in the presence of Prof. (Dr.) Nancy
Sharma, Principal – UG Campus, Dr. Vidushi Singh (Dean Academics), Prof. Aadil Khan (HOD, BBA), Dr. Manoj
Kumar, faculty members, and students of the UG Campus.

The Institute of Technology and Science, Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad – UG Campus proudly congratulates Yashasvi Sharma (BCA 2023–26) for winning the Silver Medal in the -84 kg Individual Male category at the CCSU Intercollegiate Karate Championship, held at Amar Singh College on 17 February 2026.

I.T.S Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad – UG Campus congratulates Md. Ishraj Ahmad and Krishan Shukla, students of BBA (2024–27), for their participation in the Business Plan Competition at the Indian Institute of Technology Roorkee on 15 February 2026.

Their idea “AgroTech” cleared the preliminary screening and was shortlisted for the Final Round, competing with 50+ teams from across India. The institute applauds their creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit.

Description: This, 2 days Annual Sports Meet has been organized for all BCA & BBA
students of three years on 13-14 Feb, 2026 in ITS UG Campus & Mahamaya Cricket
Stadium.

The planned sports activities were:
CRICKET, Badminton, Table Tennis, Volleyball, Tug of war, Race 100 Mtr., Lemon Race,
Sack Race.

Inaugural Ceremony of the event took place on Day-1, i.e. 13 th Feb, 2026 during 10:00 AM
to 10:30 AM in which dignitaries Principal UG Campus, Dr. Nancy Sharma, Dir IT & ITS
Dr. SK Pandey, Dir ITS School of Management, Dr. Ajay Kumar, Dean Academics & HOD
BCA Course, Dr. Vidushi Singh, HOD BBA Prof. Aadil Khan, Team Sports Club,
Coordinators of Sports meet 2026 were present and motivated all participants to perform their
best.
Dignitaries officially open the event by cutting ribbon and autographed a cricket bat.
                                        
Prize Distribution took place on 14 feb, 4:00 pm in which all dignitaries were present. All
winners and participants got medals & certificates. Team Cricket, Man of the match & team
Volleyball got beautiful trophies. All the students and participants took part enthusiastically in many activities

Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) cell at I.T.S Mohan Nagar (UG Campus) organized
an insightful Expert Talk on “Successful Cooperative Business Models” on 11th February
2026 in collaboration with the National Cooperative Union of India (NCUI). The session was
delivered by Mr. Ritesh Dey, Executive Director, NCUI, and Mr. Anant Dubey, Deputy
Director, NCUI. The event was coordinated by Dr. Neerja Anand and Prof. Purnima Raina.
The program commenced with the felicitation of the distinguished guests, setting a respectful
and enthusiastic tone for the session.
During the session, the experts elaborated on the concept of cooperative societies as sustainable
and inclusive business models. They explained how cooperative enterprises convert skills into
ideas and ideas into collective benefits, ensuring shared growth and democratic participation.
The speakers highlighted:
 The process of forming and registering cooperative societies
 The role of NCUI as the apex body supporting cooperatives across states
 The importance of structured governance and objective-driven member participation
 Examples of successful cooperatives, including long-standing cooperative models in
states like Gujarat
 Employment generation and equitable distribution of responsibilities in the initial stages
of cooperative formation
The speakers emphasized that cooperative models empower communities by pooling resources,
skills, and funds to achieve common economic and social objectives. They also discussed how
youth can actively participate in forming innovative cooperatives in emerging sectors.
Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal, I.T.S Mohan Nagar UG Campus, also addressed the gathering
and enlightened students about the importance of cooperatives in nation-building and
economic empowerment. She explained that cooperatives not only promote entrepreneurship
and self-reliance but also create employment opportunities, encourage ethical business practices,
and ensure inclusive growth. She motivated students to explore cooperative ventures as a viable
career and business option that aligns profit with social responsibility.
The session concluded with an engaging interaction round, where students actively participated
and clarified their queries regarding cooperative registration, governance, and funding
mechanisms.
The event ended on a note of gratitude as Dr. Nancy Sharma honored the esteemed speakers
with a Plaque of Honor, appreciating their valuable insights and contribution.
The expert talk proved to be highly informative and inspiring, equipping students with practical
knowledge about cooperative business models and their transformative potential in today’s
economy.
