Ms Yashika Varshney, Accountant, Accenture and Alumna BBA (Batch 2013-16) shared her
journey from campus to corporate corridor with her juniors. She started her session with the
skills required by the corporate world today and urged the students to equip themselves with
these skills to break the ice. She emphasized on positive thinking besides some important
skill sets that are required in the competitive world today. She also gave tips related to the
interview. Overall it was an interactive session and the students asked many questions.

Day 2 of the Study Tour at NISM was an enriching and immersive learning experience for
our students. The day began with an insightful session on Mutual Funds by Mr. Sunil
Gawde, who seamlessly integrated theoretical foundations with real-world market insights,
emphasizing the role of mutual funds in strengthening DIIs and driving capital market
inflows. The post-lunch hands-on simulation session, led by Mr. Miraj Inamdar, provided
students with practical exposure, reinforcing key concepts and boosting their confidence.
Overall, the day was thoughtfully structured and outcome-oriented, achieving an effective
balance between conceptual understanding and experiential learning while sustaining strong
student engagement.

In the pursuit of providing wide exposure to students in the campus & off the campus I.T.S
Mohan Nagar has organized a Study tour to National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM),
Mumbai .
The first day of the study tour covered the session on Overview and Careers in Securities
Market in which resource person Dr.Shreyas Vyas had explained the working and organization
of securities market and it’s importance in the economic growth of the country. He explained
that this is the only platform where all the financial instruments like shares , debentures, options ,
derivatives , bonds , mutual funds etc. are traded. In addition to this speaker also apprised the
fact that recently India had became the fourth largest economy in the world which is a sign
of strong and well-developed securities market. He also explained various career opportunities
such as research analyst, compliance officer etc. in the securities market. He also answered
various queries of the students citing practical and real time examples.
Students enjoyed the session a lot by having gainful insights of the financial growth of the
country through securities market.

organized the Flag-Off Ceremony for BBA students on July 07, 2026, marking the
commencement of the Study Tour to National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM),
Mumbai scheduled from January 10–15, 2026.
The ceremony was graced by the august presence of our Honourable Chairman Sir, whose
blessings and inspiring guidance added immense value and significance to the occasion.
Dr. Nancy Sharma, Principal -UG Campus, extended her heartfelt best wishes and shared
motivating insights, encouraging students to leverage this exceptional opportunity for
academic enrichment, industry exposure, and holistic development.
